Today I took my pine alaia to Newport hoping that it would work since it’s now waterproof. It didn’t. I kinda got up on one wave but didn’t even get close to riding. I think I’ll stick with foam for now. Oh yeah, Mitch and I hit the skatepark up after I failed my second test. At least I know linseed oil does actually waterproof wood.
